This website was developed to help both owners and drivers of commercial trucks operating in New York City.
The NYC Police Department regularly issues criminal Court summonses that can be prevented through education and awareness.
If a summons was issued for Criminal Court in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Manhattan and you would like to inquire about legal representation, this site will provide the information needed to make a decision about hiring at attorney to represent the driver or the corporation. (If the defendant is a coporation, it is mandatory that it be represented by an attorney in Court.) You will not be represented until you enter into a written retainer agreement.
If you received a ticket to appear in other Courts such as the Department of Motor Vehicles Traffic Violations Bureau or in Nassau County, please call 212-697-3250 and ask for attorney Robert Rimberg.
